The arrangement was even more beautiful than the advertised photo. All the blooming roses were healthy and full. I was very pleased with this and will order again in the future.

I knew I wanted some flowers in a vase but I didn't have a lot of money to spend. I was overjoyed with the arrangement that was sent. Sometimes the workers in the flower shop know better what is appropriate, fresh & beautiful so I trusted them by requesting a custom arrangement with a little description & was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful arrangement that was delivered on time as requested. Thank you so much!!

Amazing service, flowers came exactly as shown in the picture (which is rare in my experience), will use this flower show again. Easy 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely gorgeous. The pictures online don’t do justice to how great the quality and size of the actual display.

Paola's Flower Shop is the BEST Florist I have ever used, and I have had experience with many. I will not go anywhere else now. The sympathy arrangement was gorgeous, exactly as pictured. They are excellent communicators also, easy to reach by phone or email to answer any questions you may have. They obviously have a wonderful talent for floral arrangements, and the plants and flowers are perfectly healthy. Please give them a try!!

"Absolutely the most incredible bouquet I've ever received."

-my mother

Thanks to this shop, I was able to get an awesome bouquet personally delivered to my mother who lives far away from me. The website was super easy to use and the arrangement really looked as good as it did online, if not better. She was impressed with the personal touches on the delivery, even with the undoubtedly busy schedule for the holiday.

Thank you Paola's!

This is the best florist I have ever used!! My past experiences with the chain florists, and even some family owned ones, have been terrible, with no communication, and literally deliveries not happening. I searched for a local florist in the area, and so happy I did. I sent a floral "birthday cake" and the florist even contacted me about missing one type of flower, and what they would do to replace it, which was a beautiful solution. Please support local businesses like Paola's Flower Shop in West Haven. Great designs and great communication!!
